We specialise in the production of technical plastic components and rely on state-of-the-art production technologies. Our fully automated insertion and removal technology with multi-axis robots, 2K technology and assembly automation guarantees maximum efficiency and precision.
Our machinery includes 50 hydraulic, hybrid and all-electric injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 250 to 7,000 kN. Every year, we process up to 4,000 tonnes of plastic granulate, which is optimally fed via our central material drying and conveying system.
We develop moulds based on simulation results and manufacture them up to a certain size in-house. Purchased tools are optimised internally for dimensional accuracy.
We also have our own assembly, handling and automation technologies to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in production.

We process a wide range of engineering plastics, including glass fibre-reinforced materials, high-performance plastics and standard thermoplastics.
Examples: PA6, PA6.6, PBT, PPS, PEEK, ABS, POM, PP.
We offer 1K and 2K injection moulding as well as the overmoulding of inserts and contact carriers. Under certain conditions, 3K injection moulding with an additional unit is also possible.
Yes, we design and manufacture both in our own tool shop and together with external partners worldwide.
Yes, we supply customers worldwide. Packaging and delivery are individually agreed with the customer.
