Using CAD software, each tool is first created as a digital model that is comprehensively checked and optimised using virtual tests.

We have been manufacturing complex 1K, 2K and 3K injection moulding tools for technical components for over 60 years. Through close coordination with the production and metrology departments and efficient networking of our data systems, we also optimise purchased tools for perfection and dimensional accuracy.
We plan, design and manufacture injection moulding tools up to a certain size ourselves. We also carry out modifications, maintenance and repairs to moulds directly in-house.
As a specialist for technical plastic products, we rely on a modern machine park with 50 injection moulding machines. Every year, we process up to 4,000 tonnes of plastic granulate – fed via our central material drying and conveying system.
Our machines offer a clamping force of 250 to 7,000 kN and enable precise, efficient production processes.
The post-processing and surface finishing of our plastic components enhances the functional, visual and haptic quality of your product.
Our internal processes include printing, pad printing, painting, hot stamping and labelling.
We adapt our processes flexibly to your requirements and expand our range of services specifically for your product.
We develop product-specific handling modules for fully automatic insertion and removal technology, 2K technology and automation in our own department. We take all relevant measuring and testing requirements into account.
