QM Management systemS
All of our processes are coherent, efficient and cost-effective – and expertly coordinated with one another. Our integrated QM system monitors the entire production process with the additional support of our internal laboratory and three CNC coordinate measuring machines.
All quality-relevant information is recorded and analyzed by the QM system so that all business units can access it at any time and determine the measures that need to be taken.

TOOLMAKING
For over 50 years, our Toolmaking department has been using state-of-the-art milling and erosion technology and simulation results to manufacture complex tools at our headquarters. Working closely together with our Production and Measuring Technology departments and supported by efficiently networked data systems, we also optimize third-party tools to ensure perfect suitability and dimensional accuracy.
We design and manufacture highly complex injection molds and multi-component tools up to a certain size in-house.
We also modify, service and repair broken tools ourselves.
We store the tools on-site so that we can always begin production at short notice.

MANUFACTURING
As a specialist in technical plastic products, we make use of a wide range of machinery in our manufacturing facilities. This consists of 58 hydraulic, hybrid and all-electric injection molding machines, which can process up to 3,500 tonnes of plastic granulate every year – all from our central material drying and conveyance facility.
Our machines range from 250 to 6,500 kN in clamping force.
We also use sealing foams (liquid and thixotropic), monosandwich technology and two-component injection molding.
Our production runs 24/7 for our customers and their individual needs.
Finishing
The special post-treatment and surface finishing that we apply to our plastic components will enhance the functional benefits of your product and their visual and haptic appeal.
Our most commonly used internal processes are printing, tampo printing, painting, hot stamping and basic marking.
We always adapt our processes to your requirements and, needless to say, can also expand them to suit your product if necessary.
ASSEMBLY
We manufacture product-specific handling modules for fully automated insertion and removal technology in our fixture construction facility. This involves multi-axis robots, two-component technology and assembly automation and is in line with measurement and testing requirements.
Thanks to our team and their insight and technical expertise, we have direct communication channels and clearly defined procedures – and are ready to set the wheels in motion at any time.

Werkzeugbau
Unsere Abteilung Werkzeugbau fertigt seit über 50 Jahren mit modernster Fräs- und Erodiertechnologie am Firmensitz komplexe Werkzeuge auf Basis von Simulationsergebnissen. In enger Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen Fertigung und Messtechnik, unterstützt durch effizente Vernetzung der Datensysteme optimieren wir hier auch zugekaufte Werkzeuge auf Perfektion und Maßhaltigkeit.
Wir planen, konstruieren und fertigen hochkomplexe Spritzgießwerkzeuge und Mehrkomponentenwerkzeuge bis zu einer gewissen Größe selbst.
Wir ändern, warten, reparieren und setzen ausgefallene Werkzeuge ebenfalls selbst wieder instand.
Wir lagern die Werkzeuge im Haus und können jederzeit kurzfristig in Produktion gehen.
Montage
Die produktspezifische Einzelanfertigung von Handlingsmodulen für die vollautomatische Einlege- und Entnahmetechnik mit Mehrachsrobotern , 2-K-Technik und Montageautomatisierung werden nach Mess- und Prüfanforderungen in unserem eigenen Vorrichtungsbau durchgeführt.
Dank unserm Team und dem technischen Know-How haben wir hier kurze Wege, tiefe Einblicke und klare Vorgehensweisen und jederzeit Einsatzbereitschaft.
Fertigung
Als Spezialist für die Herstellung technischer Kunststofferzeugnisse nutzen wir in unserer Fertigungshalle einen umfassenden Maschinenpark, bestehend aus 58 hydraulischen, hybriden und vollelektrischen Spritzgießmaschinen, die jährlich bis zu 3.500 to. Kunststoffgranulat, zugeführt über die zentrale Materialtrocknung und -förderung, verarbeiten.
Unsere Maschinen decken einen Bereich von 250-6.500 kN Zuhaltung ab.
Ergänzt wird unser Leistungsspektrum durch Dichtungsschäumen (flüssig und tixotrop), durch Monosandwich-Anwendung, sowie durch 2-Komponenten-Spritzguß.
Unsere Produktion läuft 24/7 für Sie und Ihren Erfolg.
Veredelung
Die Nachbehandlung und Oberflächenveredelung unserer Kunststoffbauteile sorgen für die funktionelle, optische und haptische Wertigkeit Ihres Produktes.
Unsere gängigsten internen Verfahren sind das Bedrucken, Tampo-Print, Lackieren, Heißprägen und das einfache Kennzeichnen.
Wir passen unsere Möglichkeiten jederzeit an ihre Anforderungen an und erweitern diese selbstverständlich auch für Ihr Produkt bei uns.
Logistik
Ausgeklügelt, sicher, nachvollziehbar und schnell verarbeiten wir Ihre Produkte nach ihrer Herstellung um Sie über unsere Logistikabteilung termintreu auszuliefern.
QM Managementsysteme
All unsere Prozesse sind sinnvoll aufeinander abgestimmt, in sich schlüssig, effizient und wirtschaftlich. Unser durchgängiges QM-System begleitet den kompletten Fertigungsprozess und wird unterstützt durch unser internes Labor und 3 CNC Koordinatenmessmaschinen.
Alle qualitätsrelevanten Informationen werden im QM-System erfasst und ausgewertet um jederzeit für sämtliche Fachbereiche verfügbar zu sein und so die richtigen Maßnahmen ableiten zu können.
